These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScriptIrc (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" means the website, its features, and any related tools provided through the site.
  • "User" or "you" means any person who accesses or uses the Service.
  • "User Content" means any prompts, text, files, instructions, or other materials you submit to the Service.
  • "AI Output" means code, plugin artifacts, files, documentation, or other materials generated by the Service in response to your User Content.
  • "Credits" means the non-cash virtual points used to access paid or limited features within the Service.

3. Service Description and Scope

The Service provides AI-assisted generation of Minecraft server plugins (e.g., Bukkit/Spigot/Paper) and related development workflow capabilities (such as project export, build records, file editing, and session management).

The Service is a development assistant. It does not replace professional review, testing, security auditing, or compliance checks. You must independently verify and test anything you deploy to a live server.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Account, Login, and Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access control, quotas, or other protective measures.

6. Credits, Payments, and No Refund Policy

The Service may offer paid features through a Credits system. Credits are digital points used only within the Service.

  • Non-withdrawable: Credits are not withdrawable and have no cash value outside the Service.
  • Non-transferable: Credits may not be transferred or resold unless the Service explicitly allows it.
  • Pricing changes: We may adjust credit pricing or feature costs from time to time. Changes apply to future purchases or usage.
  • No refunds: Credits and payments are non-refundable in all circumstances once a valid transaction has been completed, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
  • Chargebacks: If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction or termination.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to generate, request, publish, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

  • Malicious plugins or content intended to harm servers, users, or systems.
  • Cheating / exploit tools, including bypasses or unfair gameplay advantages.
  • Remote code execution (RCE), backdoors, unauthorized command execution, credential theft, or other security-compromising behavior.
  • Copyright infringement or content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Viruses, malware, phishing, or any attempt to compromise accounts/systems.
  • Any illegal content or any use that violates applicable laws and regulations.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms. We may also remove or restrict content or accounts to comply with legal obligations or to protect the Service and users.

8. User Content Responsibilities

  • You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.
  • You must not upload sensitive information that you are not authorized to disclose.
  • You are responsible for the prompts and instructions you provide and the decisions you make based on AI Output.

9. AI Output Ownership, Licensing, and Non-Exclusivity

  • Ownership of AI Output: As between you and the Service operator, you own the AI Output generated for you, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If ownership cannot be granted for any reason, you are granted a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, modify, and distribute the AI Output for any lawful purpose.
  • Non-uniqueness: You understand that AI systems may generate similar or identical outputs for different users. The Service does not guarantee the AI Output is unique or free from third-party rights.
  • Third-party components: AI Output may reference or include third-party libraries, APIs, or code patterns. You are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party licenses and terms.

10. AI Output Disclaimer, Testing, and Risk Allocation

  • AI Output is generated automatically and provided "as is" and "as available".
  • You must review, test, and validate AI Output before deployment, especially for security-sensitive features and server operations.
  • No responsibility for execution losses: You assume all risks arising from your use and execution of AI Output, including but not limited to bugs, vulnerabilities, server downtime, data loss, corrupted worlds, security incidents, or other damages.
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups and safe deployment practices (staging/testing environments) before production use.

11. Service Availability, Limits, and Changes

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time (including features, models, pricing, and limits).
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, capacity limits, network issues, or third-party outages may cause downtime.
  • We may implement rate limits, anti-abuse controls, and monitoring to protect the Service.

12. Data Retention

  • Session and conversation data are retained for up to 1 year.
  • After 1 year, data may be removed at any time and may not be recoverable.
  • User credit balances remain valid indefinitely (unless the account is terminated for violations or required by law).

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services (such as hosting providers, payment processors, analytics, or AI model providers). Those third parties may have separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

14. Intellectual Property

  • The Service and its branding are owned by the operator and/or licensors.
  • You must not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract non-public parts of the Service except as permitted by law.

15. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a harmful or unlawful manner.
  • Upon termination, you may lose access to the Service and your stored sessions, subject to applicable law and operational constraints.
  • Any remaining Credits may be forfeited where permitted by law, especially in cases of abuse or prohibited use.

16. Warranties Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be error-free or secure.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, server downtime, world corruption, or security incidents arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any AI Output.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service operator from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, your AI Output usage, or your violation of these Terms.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should be resolved in the competent courts located in Qinhuangdao, China, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
