3. Credits (Points) and Paid Features

  • Credits are virtual points used to access paid or limited features within the Service.
  • Credits are non-withdrawable and have no cash value outside the Service.
  • Credits are intended to be consumed within the Service and are not a bank deposit or stored value account.

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for Credits or payments under any circumstances once a valid transaction has been completed, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

  • No refunds for unused Credits.
  • No refunds for accidental purchases, dissatisfaction, or changes of mind.
  • No refunds for service interruptions, model changes, feature changes, or pricing changes.

5. Cancellation

If the Service offers recurring billing in the future (such as a subscription), cancellation means stopping future charges. Cancellation does not provide a refund for past charges or already-purchased Credits.

  • Cancel anytime: you may request cancellation of future billing before the next renewal (if applicable).
  • Effect of cancellation: cancellation takes effect for future periods; past transactions remain non-refundable.
  • Account closure: if you request account deletion/closure, Credits remain non-refundable.

6. Charge Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first to resolve the issue. Unjustified or abusive chargebacks may lead to account restriction or termination to prevent fraud and abuse.

7. Service Changes
